Chad and Michelle Westbrook Hinds are true pioneers. Together they’re pushing the limits of where wine can be made in California. Iruai sits in the shadow of the Shasta Mountains just south of California’s border with Oregon. They’re one of the only wineries in a rugged landscape of jagged peaks and rolling farmland.
