Daniel Landi and Fernando García have made an indelible mark on the minds and palates of wine lovers through their various expressions of a singular grape: Garnacha. Together, they’ve resuscitated abandoned vineyards and put the jagged mountainous Sierra de Gredos region on the map for their obscenely beautiful, strikingly aromatic Grenache. The ‘El Reventón’ plot is very small and exposed to slate soils unlike the rest of their vines, giving it a unique depth and structure.
